You will be selling to our target audience, our mission - through products and services with which we bridge disconnections. Beyond this, we share the weight of every challenge. On this journey, we don't play individuals - we play as a a team. We work, solve bottlenecks, learn, advance, stack capabilities and break through the walls together.
In short, we do not do our best, but whatever it takes to bridge disconnections among businesses, families and friends across the land of the brave. As a Sales Assistant will you do the same?

You may genuinely care for our mission and be capable of doing whatever it takes to collaboratively bridge disconnections among businesses, families and friends across the land of the brave. But, do you have more of what this role takes? Because we're not looking someone to babysit through every thing nor someone whose better off being part of a different mission.
Your capabilities, characters, history and take on us will all determine if you're best fit to join us on this mission. We'll fairly align the incentives beyond industry standards. Limited to 80 applicants, 8 will be shortlisted & only 2 will be selected. You have one shot at this.

1. Responsibilities
To our target audience i.e., students, professionals, families, schools and business, you'll be selling our mission through our products and services.
You'll directly interact with customers, collaborate with partners and with everybody on the team under direct supervision and/or management of the founder.
You'll be working front & back-end in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, Wix Studio, WhatsApp, Canva etc.
You'll use enablers like a laptop / desktop computer, point of sale system, printers, a telephone and more.
2. Capabilities
Our world is fast-changing, you must be open to learning new skills, stacking advanced capabilities and applying them to your duties every single day.
You must be able to link your sales expertise to a deeper understanding of our products / services & that of our target audience to consistently bridge disconnections with greater customer satisfaction and experiences.
You must have good interpersonal skills / communication skills and be proficient in writing, reading and speaking Afrikaans & English
You must be good & fast at interacting / using devices like a laptop or desktop computers, printers and all technologies we use ( browse around for these ).
3. Character
How you show up, interact with everyone & collaboratively execute your duties - you must display authenticity, professionalism, accountability and respect.
This is hard to get right, but you'll be judged. You'll at the center of almost all communications, it's a role critical to our mission.
Judgement of character will extended beyond your duties.
4. Qualifications / Experience
You must have not less than a year of experience in technological-related products / services sales.
You must have not less than 6 months of experience in social media management.
You must have at least 1-year of experience in customer support.
You must have a grade 10 certificate or a valid, higher sales-related qualification from an accredited institution.
And any other valid proof of qualification or experience relevant to Sales Assistant duties.
