1. Delivery: For all Windhoek based customers / clients, deliveries are guaranteed within 2 hours of successful checkout. For customers / clients outside Windhoek, within 48 hours of successful purchase - your package will be delivered to the address you specify, by NamCourier. Otherwise, via your preferred transporter or courier service, if you make arrangements with any.
2. Warranty / guarantee: You get 6 months of warranty on all refurbished / pre-owned items & 12 months warranty on all brand new items provided that you retain original receipt / invoice as proof of purchase and that the item is not damaged or tampered with in anyway, by you or any third parties. Contrast to this, warranty on your purchase becomes void.
3. Returns & Exchange: Unless the item(s) you've purchase arrives faulty or damaged from our end, no returns will be accepted for exchange. Items returned for exchange will only be accepted if you have the original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
4. Refunds: There are no refunds on any item(s) purchased. Only exchange with item(s) of same value. But within 30 days of purchase. Refund is only possible in special cases, but it will take at least 14 days to process.
